By providing reliable transport services, you contribute significantly to enhancing our students' overall university experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Transport clients to their destinations in a safe and timely manner, prioritizing their comfort and convenience.
• Utilize navigation apps to determine the most efficient and optimal routes.
• Adapt routes as necessary to accommodate changing road conditions and ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of car seats for all passengers.
• Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring their belongings are handled with care.
• Schedule regular car service appointments and promptly report any vehicle issues.
• Coordinate car wash and detailing services to uphold the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience as a driver, demonstrating a history of safe and reliable driving.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and familiarity with GPS navigation devices.
• Compliance with MIU's safety guidelines and protocols.
• Knowledge of local roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
• Capability to lift heavy packages and luggage when assisting passengers.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Demonstrated professionalism, politeness, and a calm demeanor in all driving situations.

Additional Considerations

• This is an on-call, on-demand, temporary part-time position, and compensation is based on shift schedule.
• Students are NOT qualified to be university drivers.
• University drivers must pass safety training provided by the Security Department in order to operate campus vehicles. Training is provided upon hire.
