Bakery Sales Associate

As an expanding company, we are seeking passionate, hard working, motivated individuals to help build a team of baristas & sales associates. job requirements:

- knowledge & love of coffee and pastries

- 1-2 years experience at coffee shop/bakery or comparably business

- command of proper food handling procedures

- operate necessary equipment related to the job including, but not limited to: espresso machine, coffee grinder, batch brewer, pos system

- eagerness to learn about bakery offerings and pastry pairings, and being able to aritcualte uniqueness of each pastry to guest

- create espresso drinks based on bakery menu; to guests' preferences

- ability to work both independently and as a strong team player

- familiarity with fast paced and high volume environments

- strong work ethic

- timeliness and reliability

- maintain uncompromising levels of cleanliness

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
