Job Summary:
Maguire's Ford Lincoln, a reputable automotive dealership in Palmyra, Pennsylvania, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling vehicles to potential customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary plus commission structure, offering potential earnings of $40,000 to $90,000 per year. We are looking for an individual with a passion for the automotive industry and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Listen to customers' needs and preferences and provide suitable vehicle recommendations
- Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits of vehicles
- Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing and complete necessary paperwork
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models, features, and inventory
- Follow up with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person to generate and close sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by management
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Attend training and development sessions to continue improving sales skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Prior sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred but will train if you are committed.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and energetic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
