Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart
- Answer phone calls
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
- Assist with food service by delivering food to tables when needed and bussing tables
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive guest relations
