- Ensure New Product Launches success
- Develop and manage the overall product strategy, go to market product line gaps, new development, product line maintenance
- Provide Product Line Sales Results
- Oversee all aspects of product line; financials, sales, current projects, future projects, vision, and strategy
- Provide the Voice of the Customer (VOC) for respective product groups
- Work with cross functional teams on R&D, new product design, custom solutions, enhancements, discontinuing products
- Monitor, measure, and ensure the success of current and launched projects
- Travel with Sales and Service Team members and creates and presents training materials
- Attend tradeshows and conferences to increase knowledge base market trends and be an advocate
- 2 years of Marketing or Product Manager experience in adhesive, composite or foam industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Superior project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail
- Team player who collaborates well with others
- Ability to travel up to 30%
