In this role, you will be the Product Expert working with all departments, customers, peers, professional communities, and partner companies to gain and maintain professional and technical knowledge of the product line and market trends. Also, you'll be the Product Line Business Owner to help craft product line strategy, overall product line maintenance, design, new product development, product marketing, and the overall success/health of the product line. Last, you will be the Project Owner on product development projects and product line maintenance projects. You'll help drive project teams and hold the other team members accountable for success of each project.
Here’s what you will do in this role:
  • Ensure New Product Launches success
  • Develop and manage the overall product strategy, go to market product line gaps, new development, product line maintenance
  • Provide Product Line Sales Results
  • Oversee all aspects of product line; financials, sales, current projects, future projects, vision, and strategy
  • Provide the Voice of the Customer (VOC) for respective product groups
  • Work with cross functional teams on R&D, new product design, custom solutions, enhancements, discontinuing products
  • Monitor, measure, and ensure the success of current and launched projects
  • Travel with Sales and Service Team members and creates and presents training materials
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences to increase knowledge base market trends and be an advocate
Here’s What You Need:
  • 2 years of Marketing or Product Manager experience in adhesive, composite or foam industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and business acumen
  • Superior project management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail
  • Team player who collaborates well with others
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
