- Verify items as ordered and enter into ERP system accurately.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Pick products for open orders and prepare for shipping.
- Confirm quantities and exact model numbers.
- Pack items in boxes and select best carrier.
- Process equipment returns and warranty repairs.
- Contact customers with order delays.
- Shipping and receiving experience in a technical office environment.
- Exhibit written communications skills.
- General knowledge of Windows computer applications.
- Self-starter who can multi-task, enjoys communicating, and building customer relationships.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Can handle fast-paced environment with interruptions.
- Valid driver license.
