- Install equipment in vehicles according to customer specifications.
- Document, service, and installation action in accordance with company standard operating procedure.
- Perform electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Adjust, repair, and/or replace defective wiring and relays in ignition, lighting, and safety control systems.
- Reassemble and test equipment after installation/repairs.
- Confer with customers in a positive and professional manner to determine their needs.
- Knowledge of vehicle interior tear down. (Panels, dashboard, door panels, seats, etc.)
- Knowledge of vehicle exterior tear down front grill, headlights, taillights, etc.
- Must maintain regular and reliable attendance at a level acceptable to the company
- Professional, energetic, upbeat, positive, outgoing, personable, good sense of humor, ability to relate well with diverse customers, and able to work as a part of a team.
