Job Description*

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our incredible team at our Encinitas Retail Shop! The right person will be a self-starter looking to gain great experience in a retail setting while supporting the Sales and Service staff, as well as opportunity for growth and career advancement in a growing company.

Responsibilities*

• Welcoming customers in a genuine, friendly and engaging manner as they enter the store.
• Ensuring orderliness of the shop, both in the customer-facing retail space as well as the service area.
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening, and after closing.
• Assisting with customer and company deliveries
• Keeping a watchful eye on customers in the store, and assisting them if the Sales team is busy helping other customers.
• Maintaining knowledge of products to be able to recommend products to customers so that they can make the best purchase for their needs.
• Working the POS to look up items for customers, and processing payments.
• Informing customers on any sales and promotions both ongoing and upcoming

Requirements and Skills

• Ability to lift at least 80 pounds
• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with G-Suite programs (Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Full-time

Hours:

• 9am - 5pm

Compensation:

• DOE $16.00 - $20.00 Hourly
