Job Description:

· GED/High School diploma is required.
· 5 years’ experience in Facility Maintenance. Any combination of equivalent education and experience (for those currently working in this job at Red Spot)
· 1 years of Supervisory Experience.
· Knowledge of electrical, mechanical equipment used in manufacturing and facilities.
· Knowledge of day to day strategic issues, operational requirements and management of manufacturing facility.
· Proven ability to lead and mentor others
· Proven ability to run complete projects in their entirety and communicate appropriately with supervision
· Ability to work across departments, with customers, vendors, internally, in order to complete projects.
· Ability to successfully pass Ishihara Test for Colour-Deficiency
· Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently and/or bilingual.
· Must be available for second shift hours (between 2pm and 1:30am) with flexibility and some weekend work.
Required:
· Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or Engineering field.
· 3 years of supervisory experience.
· Manufacturing experience.
