About us
Magnolia Therapy and Mentoring, LLC provides in-home, community-based, and adventure-based mental health services to adolescents, young adults, and adults, many who have experienced trauma and are experiencing emotional and/or behavioral difficulties. Our team is comprised of professional and creative mental health providers who all share a passionate goal of increasing access to mental health care in our rural communities. Currently, we have partnered with Jefferson, Rock, and Walworth County's Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program. As in-home and adventure-based therapists, we travel to different locations to conduct our therapy sessions and specialize in providing our services in non-office settings. Therapists are paid for travel time to each client’s location, so we are open to considering applicants residing in the counties of Dane, Green, Jefferson, Rock, and Walworth. The position requires travel to most clients in their home or in the community. Preferred applicants will have experience or interest in Adventure-Based Therapy or EMDR. Preferred stengths in play-based, art-based, and family therapy.
Magnolia Therapy and Mentoring, LLC is seeking passionate, collaborative, and client-focused individuals to take on the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Psychotherapist role. Great candidates will be empathetic, trauma-infomed, culturally-competent, and strength-based Psychotherapists excited to join our growing team at Magnolia Therapy & Mentoring, LLC. As a Psychotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing mental health support and guidance to individuals who are experiencing emotional difficulties or facing challenging life situations. The goal of the program is to assist the consumer in increasing resilience, reducing the impact that their trauma history, mental health, and/or substance abuse disorder plays in their life, and assisting in their journey of healing and recovery.
