Shift: Full Time - Hours Flexible

We are looking for a seasoned Full Time Staffer to work at Magnolia Post Acute Care, a skilled nursing facility in East County San Diego

• CNA Certified Nursing Assistant is encouraged but not required
• Experience with Scheduling Required
• Starting $23-$26/hr based on experience

Responsibilities

Must be an enthusiastic team player who has a passion for serving others and is passionate about making a difference in our resident's lives.

• Manages the staffing schedule & staffing operations for the nursing department
• Monitor and log call offs
• Find coverage to maintain the staffing schedule over multiple shifts
• Uphold accurate system for tracking staff
• Coordinate staff to meet the organization's requirements
• Monitor overtime accumulation and attendance of employees
• Maintain schedules for rotating staff
• Keys information into computer systems
• Secure coverage for vacancy shifts
• Work with the payroll coordinator to verify payroll accuracy
• Maintain an acceptable standard of nursing practice and professional decorum
