This Customer Service Representative position requires a genuine, friendly phone voice, someone who's easy to talk to, likes helping people and has a positive attitude. You will be taking incoming and making outbound calls, booking appointments and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position is paid hourly uncapped commission, paid vacation, health insurance, 401K and much more!

Responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls in a timely manner.
• Meet daily call center goals which include but not limited to: Making 70 outbound calls
• Booking appointments- Doing some cross sells
• Educate customers on additional services, products, and service plans.
• Always maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers to build trust.
• Engage the customer to incite loyalty
• Provide World Class Customer Service Every day
• Collaborate in a team environment and enjoys a challenge in a fast-paced workplace.

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in a fast paced, customer service environment where a large amount of phone calls were made/taken.
• Must be proficient in Excel, MSWord and Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Provide great customer service by being motivated and energetic
• Multitask effectively and works well under pressure.
• Professional composure in varying situations
• Ability to work well with others
