Magnolia Medical Technologies is Hiring a Supply Chain Analyst Near Seattle, WA

Magnolia Medical Technologies, Inc. is a rapidly growing, commercial stage medical device company seeking a detail oriented Supply Chain Analyst to add to our Supply Chain team. This pivotal role manages activities associated with logistics and material management of class II medical devices, including oversight of Magnolia’s 3PL Partners. This position offers an opportunity to engage in diverse initiatives, continually identify and implement enhancements, and make a substantial impact within the Supply Chain division.

Position Description

The Supply Chain Analyst is instrumental in ensuring the timely flow of material, establishing and maintaining inventory controls, and optimizing processes both internally and with third party logistics partners. The incumbent will report to the Sr. Supply Chain Manager and work from our downtown Seattle Corporate Office, at least 3 days per week onsite with the ability to travel as needed (up to 20% as needed). The ideal candidate is a well-rounded analytical thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills who can complete tasks and continuously progress the Supply Chain function.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and drive third party logistics partners adherence to processes and service levels.
  • Manage MRO purchase order creation and past due purchase order follow up.
  • Work closely with the Quality Team to ensure safe storage and handling of all materials.
  • Maintain data integrity in warehouse management systems.
  • Partner with the Customer Service Team to assess delivery volumes and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage cycle count process cadence and inventory accuracy.
  • Continuously identify areas to drive process improvements within the supply chain function.
  • Track all related data, trends, and reports with applicable KPI’s.
  • Maintain existing relationship between the company and contractors.
  • Act as the materials and logistics subject matter expert for NPI and resourcing efforts.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1-3 years of related experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory management in a highly regulated industry such as automotive, aerospace or medical devices.
  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience working with large data sets to derive actions and recommendations.
  • Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
  • Advanced Excel skills, i.e. Pivot tables, Vlookups, VBA, etc.
  • Experience with data visualization software (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with contract manufacturers.
  • APICS/CPIM or similar certification desired.
