Busy Family Medical Clinic looking for an LPN's to join our team of health professionals who are dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health. The Practice Nurse will help our patients manage their health and improve the quality of their lives through one-on-one interaction. We're looking for an independent, motivated professional with experience in primary care services and the ability to work within a team environment. The successful candidate will also have strong communication skills, medical expertise and an ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients.
• Collect data from patients and record in patient charts, as required by law.
• Conduct physical examinations and tests on patients, using proper safety procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications to patients, if necessary.
• Prepare and deliver lectures on health and disease prevention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
