A Day in the Life of a Culinary Aide at Magnolia Manor

· Prepare meals in accordance with standardized menu (recipes, portions, and special diets).

· Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.

· Perform daily cleaning in accordance with the cleaning schedule.

· Assist in checking diet trays and carts before distribution.

· Discard outdated items stored in walk-in cooler.

· Follow all safety, infection control, and universal precaution policies and procedures when preparing food, cleaning equipment, and performing other daily tasks.

· Report any hazardous conditions/equipment to the Dietary Manager immediately
