Magnolia Manor is seeking to hire a FT Business Office Assistant. The position is Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.

experience or education equivalent is highly preferred.

Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Handle confidential and administrative matters as directed
• Assist with petty cash, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Answer telephone and fax messages
• Support Administrator
• The position requires an organized person that has the ability to handle a small amount of stress created by deadlines that affect the 80 to 100 employees you hire and serve.
