Requirements:

The ideal candidate must:

• BLS certification is a plus.
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proof of COVID vaccination required
• Be able to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills.
• Pass a full background check and drug screening.
• Have great emotional resilience and physical stamina.

Responsibilities:

As our CNA, your duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Assisting patients with their daily living activities like eating, dressing, and bathing.
• Taking and recording critical signs like body temperature, respiration rate, and blood pressure.
• Setting up medical equipment, administering treatments and ensuring patients take their medication.
• Communicating with patients and their families, answering their questions, and updating them on their loved one’s health status.
• Assisting nurses and other staff as needed.
• Assuring patients' safety and respecting their dignity at all times.
• Reporting noticeable changes in a patient's condition to the nursing staff.
