Responsibilities

• Assist residents with their activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, changing soiled/unsoiled sheets, etc.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, conducive to the resident’s health and well-being
• Monitor patient condition closely as well as record important vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure
• Assist residents with transfers, routine exercises, or ambulation when needed
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information at all times
• Report important changes to the supervisor or Registered Nurse

Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
• Age 18 years or above
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills
• Evidence of COVID vaccination
• Encouraged possession of current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Capability to pass a criminal background check
• Capability to lift 50 pounds or more.
