Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Pre-Kindergarten Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine interest in nurturing young minds.

Duties:

- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
- Provide individualized attention to students to support their learning needs
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children
- Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure the best possible educational outcomes
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a structured learning environment

Requirements:

- Experience in the Early Childhood Education field or related experience
- Strong knowledge of childhood development, literacy education, and math concepts
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with children on the autism spectrum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
