Job Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health services to individuals, and families, in a clinical setting. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others by offering therapeutic support and counseling for mental health and addiction.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans for clients

- Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all clients

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients

- Utilize skills such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis in therapy sessions

- Offer patient care with empathy, understanding, and professionalism

Skills:

- Proficiency in social work principles and practices

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation techniques

- Experience in conducting research related to mental health issues

- Familiarity with coding and billing procedures for clinical services

- Ability to apply therapeutic interventions based on individual client needs
