Magnolia Behavior Therapy is Hiring a Registered Line Technician Near Charles, LA

If you have a passion for working with kids and want to make a difference in the lives of those with Autism, then this is the job for you! Technicians serve under the supervision and direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement treatment protocols that aim to improve the lives of kids who have been diagnosed with Autism. If you are dependable, positive, energetic, and love working with children, we encourage you to apply! No experience necessary, all training will be provided on site. Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality, intensive 1:1 ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA
- Communicate effectively with clients/caregivers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Collect data and complete daily session notes on client’s progress

Requirements:
- Possess a high school diploma or GED (Bachelors degree preferred)
- Pass a national background check
- 18 years or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Maintain regular attendance, client confidentiality, punctuality and professionalism

Basic & Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
