Location: Pflugerville, TX(ONSITE)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Hourly Rate: $27.60-$39.40(based on experience/level)

Position Type: Full time, Contract to hire

Responsibilities:

• Lead modeling efforts on projects, collaborating with junior modelers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Set up Revit views to enhance communication within the REI Project team, managing electronic document filing, and other facets of electronic drawings and models.
• Create Revit work sets and demonstrate an understanding of Revit work sharing processes.
• Input of marked up drawings into Revit.
• Utilize your expertise in the latest modeling applications software to manipulate/create Revit families, views, browser structures, sheets, schedules, and filters.
• Demonstrate fluency with plotters, printers, and reproduction systems used in-house or on-site.
• Fluency in the 2D and 3D space.
• Understanding of 3D coordination with other trades.
• Check own work for accuracy before passing on to others.
• Prepare copies and help make sets of documents for transmittal to other parties.

Requirements:

• Experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and electrical drafting conventions and standards.
• Proficiency in Revit software is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluency in the 2D and 3D space, whether electronically or in hard copy format.
• Ability to document and archive work according to REI standards.
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred.
• Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
