MPI is seeking an experienced digital marketing and tradeshowprofessional to build domestic and international brand awareness for a revolutionary line of magnetic products that safely remove metal from food production and convey metal for industrial companies. Clients include firms that manufacture products such as Goldfish Crackers, Rice Krispie Treats, Coffee, Vehicles, and Pet Food (yes, we proudly protect pets too!). These manufacturers have come to depend on MPI for innovative solutions and an obsessive devotion to service.

Delivering our message is key! As Marketing Coordinator at MPI, you will dominate the digital marketing realm. Tradeshow coordination will be your purview too, as both are optimal audiences for targeting leads and taking our brand to a whole new level.

What You Will Be Doing (Key Performance Indicators):

• Website: Front-end execution of site updates, SEO analysis, organic SEO enhancement, back-end performance monitoring, content development, and vendor coordination.
• Digital Marketing: Content, optimization, and execution of advertising (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, industry publications, etc.), Amazon store, social media, and video assets.
• Tradeshow Coordination: Scheduling, booking, logistics, booth design, layout, arranging travel, and lead collection & distribution to ensure an effective tradeshow process execution.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating compelling communications, documents, and presentations for campaigns that market MPI products and services.
• Maintain literature and sales support library, with distribution to sales team and partners.
• Manage and distribute marketing-generated leads, such as those from the trade shows and other sources.
• Draft company newsletters, case studies, and web content.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must Have:

• Five (5) years of demonstrated similar experience.
• WordPress proficiency.
• Google Ad and Google Analytics experience.
• SEO experience.
• Adobe Creative Cloud (or Suite) experience (primarily InDesign – Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus).

Nice to Have:

• Degree in marketing, advertising, business, or equivalent.
• Video creation and editing experience.
• Photography experience.
• Professional level writing and editing skills.
• Naturally creative and technology focused.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to excellence and quality output.
• A good understanding of marketing theory, best practices, and technology.
• Strong organization and time management skills, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Compensation: From $55,000 (based upon experience).
