Magnate Wealth Management is Hiring a Client Services Associate Near Louisville, KY

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Associate. As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for assisting a Lead Advisor, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service. The CSA will prepare new business forms, help with client services, and prepare customized reviews with the guidance of Lead Advisor. The CSA is responsible for processing new business, maintaining files/records, handling day-to-day client service needs, and client retention. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administrative customer service to join a dynamic and growing financial services company.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative support functions including maintaining files, preparing correspondence and reports, answering phones, scheduling appointments, copying and faxing materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize RedTail and Sharefile CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate records

-Correspond with clients to complete new account forms, asset transfers, and other forms.

-Maintain files and records in accordance with records retention and compliance policies.
- Assist with project management tasks related to client onboarding, account maintenance, and other initiatives, including follow-up on all initiated transactions.
- Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide updates and address any concerns

-Prepare weekly marketing posts via email and social media, write notes, letters to clients for birthdays, client events, etc.

-Data entry and preparation for reports on eMoney portal

- Maintain order of all inventories of office supplies and client refreshments.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in the financial or insurance industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills to operate with a proactive approach when working with advisors and clients.
- Knowledge of computer and software including Microsoft Office, Redtail and Sharefile
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to adapt to change, learn quickly, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion to help team members and clients.
