Material Handlers are responsible for proper handling, storage, packing, preservation and delivery of both material and product per control plans utilizing documented systems. Key Responsibilities of Forklift Drivers Perform required safety inspections on forklift equipment and document accordingly Move materials to/from production lines as well as provide packaging materials Keep production operating at maximum efficiency by eliminating forklift downtime Load and unload tractor trailers using electric and propane-powered forklift equipment Issue components and packaging to production as needed using CMS Prepare barcode labels and other production and shipping paperwork Visual inspection, packaging, and final labeling of finished goods Housekeeping and other activities as assigned Qualifications Forklift license and/or prior forklift experience 1 year experience driving forklift Safe forklift driving record Warehousing, shipping/receiving experience preferred Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
