Job Summary

The Manufacturing Associate will measure and assemble medical device attachments and components and ship/receive orders.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assembling medical device components and parts.
  • Shipping and receiving of orders in the warehouse.
  • Ensuring all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Understanding of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Interpreting drawings, training documents, and instructions in order to perform duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team while remaining professional.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area.
  • Communicate positively with co-workers.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to show up to work on-time and prepared; good attendance is required.
  • General understanding of warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, production, or fabrication processes.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, assembly, production, manufacturing, or fabrication preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking through facility.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. at times
