Adapting classroom materials and activities to suit the student's individual needs and learning style.Encourage the students to interact with their peers and engage in group work.

What the school is looking for : Candidate should have extensive knowledge / experience with Special Educational Needs. Have a enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to get one (£46).
