Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damages
- Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces using airless paint spraying equipment
- Utilize power tools and equipment to complete painting tasks efficiently and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timeframes
- Assist with construction estimating and project planning as needed
- Install fixtures and perform caulking as required
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter in a professional setting
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques
- Familiarity with power tools commonly used in the painting industry
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
