Role Summary:
As a Processing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee, ensure accuracy, and coordinate client financial paperwork. This includes verifying, tracking, and processing new insurance and investment documents to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients. You will also communicate effectively with customers and visitors, managing confidential and critical details and documentation with precision and discretion.
The salary range for this position: $40,000 - $52,000
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and Process Investment and Insurance documentation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Respond to emails and document requests.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree OR 2-3 years equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with excellent follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with financial paperwork and processes
