As a Program Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our aviation clients. Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist aviation clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
