Maestro Integrations is a leading Building Technology Integrator who operates in the construction industry (multi-family dwellings) as well as other new construction type projects.

We are looking for a field Project Lead - Building Technology with substantial experience in at least three of the following scopes: ERRCS/ERCES DAS, Structured Cabling (Copper/Fiber), Access Control, Gate Access Control, Surveillance, Security, Audio/Video and Fire Alarm Systems.

As a Project Lead in Building Technology, your primary responsibilities will be to:

· Manage multiple teams/sub-contractors and projects to ensure timely product and service delivery to full completion.

· Communicate with Maestro team and sub-contractors. Inspect and ensure adherence to both quality workmanship standards and construction site safety standards.

· Communicate with construction site superintendents, assist Maestro teams with installing hardware and infrastructure, as necessary to meet project deadlines.

· Communicate and document status and project needs via Maestro Integrations' Project Management software.

· Review and interpret project plan drawings to execute onsite work.

Some travel is required, but will be limited.

Candidate does not need to know all the above technologies; but you must be willing to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
