Job Overview:
Join our team as a Crew Leader/Driver, where you will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a team engaged in construction cleanup and disposal. If you have experience in driving pickup trucks while hauling a gooseneck dump trailer and enjoy leading a team, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a crew of folks to ensure timely and efficient completion of construction cleanups at residential new construction homes
- Coordinate assignments given on application to complete all assigned projects in a safe and productive manner
- Train new team members on the best practices and safety protocols for construction cleanup
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Perform hands-on duties including driving truck/trailer vehicles, loading/unloading construction debris, and navigating routes
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial driving of a pickup truck with gooseneck trailer attached
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
- Experience with manual transmission vehicles and gooseneck trailers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical work
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
