Mae Fence Company, Ohio's leading family-owned fence company, is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team!

This position includes company phone, vehicle and bonuses.

Tasks and Responsibilities

QUALITY CONTROL

Description: Cleverly, Skillfully and Sensitively Deal with Elements of Installations and/or with Difficult Issues

· Pre-Installation:

• Confirm final contract and check for following:
• Material type and amount
• Hardware type and amount
• Ensure quality standard are met
• Make certain all crews are leaving with correct material

· Installation:

• Perform walkthroughs with crew and Homeowners during installation
• Complete Walk-Through Document with Customer:
• Confirm string line locations and property lines
• Understand “Plot of Surveys”
• Locate property pins
• Double check posthole depths
• Document “marked” and “unmarked” property lines. Be aware of and suggest problem resolution and preventative measures if needed
• Communicate with Homeowners to address questions or concerns pertaining to the current installation
• Speak with crews to address questions or concerns pertaining to the current installation
• Communicate relevant issues or concerns with office if unable to troubleshoot on the spot
• Liaison between crews and customers
• Facilitate inspections
• Take photos at each job site
• Online reviews and reputation/ cards
• Before leaving site, talk with homeowner and crew chief about walk-through and final payment

· Provide Work Reports to Management Daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Experience level:

• 1 year
• 2 years

• 8 hour shift
