· Reads and Interprets formulas to mix and prepare dough for baking. Operates ovens and related machinery to make products. Observes and assesses processes and makes manual adjustments to machinery to ensure that quality standards are met consistently.
Essential Functions
· Effectively supports a safe working environment within Madrona Foods, including but not limited to maintaining a daily cleaned and well organized work space.
· Reads and interprets formula; obtains and mixes ingredients.
· Moves dough from Mixer to Dough Dumper, Depositor or other processing machine.
· Operates and maintains Ovens, Mixers, Depositors and other processing machinery.
· Initiates and observe mixing, baking, and conveyor processes; makes adjustments as necessary.
· Ensures product meets quality specifications.
· Performs manual adjustments to oven and other machinery to ensure proper processing.
· Completes required quality, maintenance and sanitation tasks and related paperwork accurately and in time.
· Reports issues/concerns to direct supervisor.
· Utilizes basic computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office, production software in the daily work.
· Ensures that all job tasks are performed in compliance with all food safety and quality management system rules, procedures, policies and guidelines.

Pay: $19.66 per hour
