The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and indirect patient care, specific to the age of the patient population served in the medical clinic. S/he communicates and works directly with physicians or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and any staff members that are directly involved with the patient’s care, in regards to any changes in the patient's clinical condition including the results of diagnostic studies and symptomology. S/he is able to perform general nursing duties without supervision, and participates in performance improvement activities. S/he ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with Madisonhealth standards of care. S/he demonstrate performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the Madisonhealth and remains flexible to changing systems. S/he is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice and treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.

Schedule: Monday -Friday 8am-5pm

Required Skills:

1. Licensure: maintains a current Registered Nurse license within the State of Idaho. (GN temporary license accepted.)

2. Must demonstrate exemplary care of patients and professional respect for medical providers and co-workers.

3. Knowledgeable in medical terminology.

4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and basic Windows based programs.

Minimum Work Experience:

1. A minimum of one year of work experience in a medical office is preferred.

Minimum Education:

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

2. Current unobstructed nursing license.
