Compensation : $90,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities :

Madison Mortgage has a unique position is designed for licensed entry-level Loan Officers or for even experienced Loan Officers looking to partner with a top-producing team.

This is a commission-based with a generous split. The role is ideal for an originator who is motivated by learning from the best in order to grow their own referral business.

• Benefit from our relationship with the top lenders in the country to offer the best speed, service, and technology
• Work closely with your team and collaborate on leads, training, and focusing on how to get better every day
• Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline
• Take advantage of being coached by our seasoned team of industry leaders
• Calling on company-provided leads for purchases and refinances
• This is a commission-only position with a % split on Madison leads % on self-generated referral business

We will cover the following expenses :

• NY Existing State Licensing Renewal Fees yearly
• Continuing Education for all existing State Licenses yearly
• Company Business Cards
• Realtor Marketing Software
• Realtor Flyer Software
• Printed and Digital Team Marketing Material

Qualifications :

This opportunity is for unique individuals who match the below qualifications, but most important to us at Madison Mortgage is hard work and passion for the industry.

• Newly licensed MLOs looking to learn how to create a self-sustaining business by working alongside our top-producing team leaders
• Seasoned Loan Officers who want to grow go from 1-2 loans per month to 5-10 loans per month
• MLOs switching from retail and correspondent who no longer want to lose deals to brokers
• Individuals who are motivated by a multiple six-figure income and have a desire to work for a top mortgage broker in the New York market.
• Experience working in the broker channel is a plus but we embrace originators making the switch from a retail environment
• Passionate mortgage professionals with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to be part of a close-knit team

Must be able to work in the Lake Success, NY corporate office.
