Position is that of a Clinical Analyst – Nurse Informatics, under the direction of the Director of Information Systems, and holds the primary responsibility of ensuring that all nursing workflows & application trainings meet organizational and regulatory guidelines. Assists with the proper integration, support, and management of all clinical systems. Maintains a high level of competency and persistence in analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving problems. Develops and performs training to the organization on the use of clinical systems. Manage projects and provides appropriate reports and documentation to assist with decision making and to ensure appropriate service levels are maintained.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ( some opportunity for part time remote work)

Required Skills:

1. Appropriate communication and customer service skills, including phone & email etiquette.

2. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment.

3. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Minimum Work Experience:

1. Two years of clinical experience.

2. Experience working with Electronic Health Records and designing nursing workflows.

Minimum Education:

1. LPN or RN degree
