Madison Champaign Educational Service Center is Hiring an Intervention Specialist Near Liberty, OH

Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center is looking for an energetic, patient, and creative teacher to work in a program designed to meet the needs of students with behaviors, autism and/or those that require a highly structured setting. Candidates should be able to share how they balance structured academic support, social skills instruction/support, and behavior supports/modifications.
Ideal candidates will possess the spirit of leading with a servant’s heart.

Full Time position
7.5 hours/day
5 days/week
184 days/year
West Liberty, Ohio

Start Date
August 1, 2024

Minimum Qualifications
Valid ODE Intervention Specialist License
Experience working with students with autism and behaviors preferred
Satisfactory results on criminal records check including fingerprints required
Candidate must be credentialed in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or able to attend 4 days of TCI training (July 30, 31, August 2, 5)) and pass TCI test
