We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success & Event Specialist. This role will play a key part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing customer interactions, and supporting various aspects of our business operations and experiential events.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

● Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

● Managing customer emails and support requests to address concerns, provide information, and resolve issues.

Order Collaboration:

● Collaborating closely with the factory team to ensure seamless processing of customer orders.

● Keeping customers informed about the status of their orders and addressing any order-related queries.

Communication Development:

● Crafting engaging and informative content to enhance customer communication and brand loyalty.

Event Support:

● Onsite support at events and trade shows, assisting customers with product inquiries, and facilitating sales transactions.

● Setting up and cleaning up event spaces, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for attendees.

● Reporting on the outcomes/results of events and making recommendations for future event opportunities.

Customer Engagement:

● Proactively engaging with customers to gather feedback and insights, contributing to the improvement of our products and services.

● Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

● Previous experience in customer service, customer success or retail-centric roles.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Ability to work in the office 5 days a week.

● Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly practices is a plus.

● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements:

● Willingness to work onsite at events, which may include evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
