Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Ball Mill Operator role in the Vancouver, WA are. The person in this position will be operating a ball mill to produce quality oxide. They will also be assisting with loading/unloading incoming trucks, and making sure that lead oxide is within customer specifications.

Mill Operator Shift: Trained on day then will work swing or graveyard
Swing Shift 2:45pm-11:15pm
Graveyard Shift: 10:15pm-7:15am
Mill Operator Pay: $21.50

Mill Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Safely operate ball mills in order to make production

• Take quality samples and make adjustments in order to maintain quality product

• Conduct any maintenance as necessary to properly meet production needs

• Maintain high house keeping and plant organizational standards

• Operate forklift

Mill Operator Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Must be able to climb stairs

• Blood draws every 2 months

• Must be clean shaven for respirator fit
