Overview:
We are seeking a new or experienced Painter to join our team (no experience required). As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and texture
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth application of paint
- Repair any cracks, holes, or imperfections on surfaces before painting
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
