Fast-growing pub and venue in Downtown Boise is seeking new team members. Ideal candidate is confident and comfortable behind the bar, on the floor, AND in the kitchen. This is a Swing position!
We are a comedy, karaoke, and music venue with high-volume events Thursday thru Saturday nights. The ideal candidate is an agile cocktail server who's ready to get out on the floor and sell food and drinks during crowded shows, removing empty service items and running food as they go. The more you sell during hopping events, the more you make!
During slower shifts, you should also be confident behind the bar alone pouring craft beer, mixing simple craft seltzer cocktails, and preparing extremely simple dishes in our micro-kitchen. We do not have a liquor license or a full kitchen, so these additional skills need not be advanced. It is EASY. Sidework includes some light bar prep like making syrups and cutting citrus.
Base pay starts at $9/hr and may increase to $10 after 4 weeks with good performance. All tips are pooled. Staff make around $25/hour including tips.
