Position Overview

The Operations Specialist leads and tracks metrics and provides information to Operations leadership to support data-driven decision-making. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape our operations strategy, drive effective operations technology utilization, and ensure the seamless execution of our business processes.

Primary Duties and Essential Functions

1. Mastery and strategic application of operations technology, with a strong emphasis on solutions platforms, including ConnectWise, BrightGauge, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office 365.
2. Creation, documentation, and implementation of robust operational processes designed to unify our departments.
3. Manage operational metrics and reporting, harnessing key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic decisions.
4. Efficient processing and management of customer orders to ensure exemplary service.
5. Facilitate operations-related communication and coordination among various teams, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Administration.

Required Qualifications

1. Proven track record in operations management or closely related field.
2. Expert proficiency with ConnectWise, BrightGauge, and Hubspot is strongly desired.
3. Exceptional organizational and project management prowess.
4. Competence in developing, instituting, and overseeing operational processes and procedures.
5. Acute analytical appetite, with the capacity to analyze and leverage operational data for strategic decisions.
6. Superior communication skills and the ability to synergize cross-departmental efforts.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works onsite in an office setting. This position is exclusively located in Huntsville, Alabama.
