Construction Helper

Mad City Windows & Baths is a reputable, well established remodeling company that is hiring entry-level remodeling installers immediately and expanding rapidly throughout the Midwest! We are searching for individuals with basic carpentry and/or remodeling skills who are looking for a place to learn and grow!

Qualifications:

• 6 months or more of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
• Experience with cabinet demo, installation, and/or re-finishing preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members

• Quality of work standards

The main duties include:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application

• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
