We're now hiring Front of House Team Members/Bakery Sales Associates to help us keep growing. CLOSED SUNDAY'S & ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS.
OPEN MONDAY-SATURDAY 7AM-6PM.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with requests in store and on the phone
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
- Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves and cases as needed
- Educate customers about current products, upselling across the store.
- Ring up customers at the cash register, take payments, and issue receipts
- Contribute to team's daily sales goals
- Assist in preparing baked goods, filling cases, making sandwiches, etc.
- Fill cases and shelves accordingly to stay up to pace with holiday volume!
- Bake, fill an prepare cookies. Fill shelves with cookies
- Wash dishes if needed, help maintain clean and safe environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant or customer service experience
- Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and leading up to key bakery holidays - Closed Major Holidays
- Macri's Hours: Monday-Saturday 7am-6pm
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
- Basic math skills
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated selling skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Team focused, ability to work well with others in a fast paced environment
Fast paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow throughout many areas of the business. Work your way up from assisting customers to working the line and gaining experience in front and back of house production!

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 24 per week
