Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service and support for emergency equipment, including troubleshooting, repairs, and parts replacement.
• Collaborate with customers to assess their needs and recommend solutions to optimize the performance and reliability of their equipment.
• Helps coordinate Service WIP daily to meet department goals through prioritization of work and appropriate scheduling of resources.
• Helps coordinate Parts orders to end-users and the Service department daily to meet department goals through prioritization of work and appropriate placement of orders.
• Assists with quoting all service work to be performed in CDK; invoice work orders as completed and approved by customers
• Document service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and parts usage, accurately and thoroughly in service records and reports.

Desired Qualifications :

• Proven experience in service coordination, scheduling, or customer service roles.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service experiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and team members.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
