This position is responsible for answering multiple phone lines and assisting Taxpayers with Tag and Tax questions or transferring callers to another employee.

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers in a timely manner.
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information and researching, locating, and providing information for tag and tax situations.
• Resolves problems or transfers phone call to another employee for additional research or knowledge on situation.
• Responding to voicemail messages and returning calls.
• Filing and Scanning various documents and correspondence
• Other related duties as assigned.

Should possess a high school diploma or GED and the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Possession of a valid Georgia Motor Vehicle Operator’s License.
