The General Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the skilled and unskilled maintenance and construction tasks.
The General Maintenance Manager should possess, at a minimum, a high school degree, or GED, and six (6) years of experience in maintenance and construction activities preferably having been in a supervisory or crew leader capacity; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. An associate degree in construction technology or related field is desirable.
