Working with our recruiting department, your passion to support with the full life cycle recruiting process through sourcing, screening, and interviewing enables us to find candidates who share our core values. Working as a business partner with our operations teams, you are exceeding their expectations daily by demonstrating ownership of all aspects of the candidate relationship management. Using our BEST SYSTEMS, you creatively and proactively source quality talent that we put forward to our hiring managers with the highest degree of confidence of a successful outcome. You deliver BEST RESULTS by engaging our team to keep our recruiting cycle efficient and maintaining a positive experience for both the candidate and the hiring manager. What are the skills necessary for success? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated success performing full cycle recruiting. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. What education and/or experience are needed for success? 1 years recruiting experience in a Corporate HR or Recruiting Agency environment. Bachelor’s Degree and SHRM/HRCI certification preferred Specific industry experience in manufacturing support or on-site industrial services is desirable, but not required. Proficient with Ceridian Dayforce ATS or similar. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar. What can you expect in return for your commitment to MacLellan?
