Job Summary: Are you a natural leader with a passion for logistics? We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team and take charge of coordinating and leading activities in designated work areas. From ensuring timely shipping to maintaining inventory accuracy, your role will be pivotal in upholding our commitment to delivering top-notch products and services to our customers.
Job Duties

• Lead day-to-day work activities, providing prompt responses to team members’ concerns while ensuring seamless coordination of shipping materials and trucking schedules.
• Collaborate with various departments, vendors, and suppliers to address customer concerns and maintain quality standards.
• Process, verify, and track supplies and materials in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Manage inventory processes and collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to meet critical requirements.
• Identify and address integrity discrepancies in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Verify inbound receipts, process receipts accurately, and investigate inventory-related issues.
• Supervise material handling teams and coordinate daily receiving activities.
• Conduct inventory and department audits as needed and ensure compliance with organizational expectations.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures at all times.

Experience And Education

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in logistics or related field.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle complex issues.
• Powered industrial equipment certification preferred.
• Experience providing leadership and coaching to teams.

Competencies/ Skills

• Strong ability to interpret work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in mathematical skills and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on fostering teamwork and leadership.
